Diversity, equity and inclusion as key factors in sustainable growth

At Ensto, we prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as key drivers of sustainable growth. We believe a diverse and inclusive workplace attracts talented individuals, fosters innovation, and supports business success. Our goal is to build a culture where everyone feels valued and differences are embraced.

We're also committed to closing the gender pay gap and ensuring salary equality. Through a transparent job framework and local salary benchmarks, we promote equal pay across genders. Additionally, we aim to have one-third of senior positions filled by women by 2025, addressing gender representation in leadership roles.

Learning Together to Avoid Biases

Ensto leaders have undergone a mandatory 3-hour training on DEI. They have learned about the ways in which DEI benefits the company, identified challenges, and worked together to find solutions. In addition, we have conducted an annual survey on DEI. We will also provide e-learning training for all Ensto employees.

Transparent Job Framework Promotes Salary Equality

Our goal is to ensure equal pay for all genders. To achieve this, we've created a job framework and developed local salary tables based on international benchmarks which we monitor regularly. This makes salaries more comparable and supports efforts to bridge the gender pay gap.

Fostering DEI through Recruitment

Recruitment and onboarding are keys to shaping our organizational culture. We use a recruitment tool that supports anonymous applications and transparently lists salary ranges in job postings. We also use software that scans for non-inclusive or biased language in job descriptions and suggests more inclusive alternatives.
