Ensto leaves Russia permanently

Ensto’s sales and exports to Russia have been suspended since March 10, 2022. We have investigated the impact of the changed situation on the company's business, taking into account Ensto's employees, customers and local legislation. As a result of the complete evaluation of the environment, Ensto has decided to permanently leave Russia and sell its Russian company to local management. 

The agreement was signed on June 30, 2022, and it involves the sale of OOO Ensto Rus shares. As a result of the transaction, the company has been transferred to the new owner, including approximately 60 employees in St. Petersburg, Moscow, Novosibirsk, and Vladivostok. The Ensto brand and Ensto products are not included in the transaction. The parties have agreed that the purchase price will not be disclosed.
